HIA1 delays for small parcel receiving
FBA has been routing our FBA parcel shipments UPS last few weeks to HIA1 -- this FC is running at least 2 weeks behind other FCs
For example:
- November 20, 2024 2:36 PM Shipment created
- November 20, 2024 8:55 AM In transit
- November 21, 2024 6:30 PM Delivered
- November 23, 2024 2:05 AM Checked in HIA1, 3327 E Harrisburg Pik, MIDDLETOWN, PA, 17057, US
- Your shipment is at the dock door and is being unloaded. It can take up to 2 days for small-parcel shipments and up to 9 days for LTL and FTL shipments to move from Checked in status to Receiving status

As of December 5, 9:08pm EST, no further activity. ???

We had other parcels routed to HIA1 that shipped later than 11/20, and all have been received by HIA1 - except for the package delivered 11/21, still in limbo.
- 11/21 shipment delivered 11/22, checked in 11/26 received in full 11/26
- 11/22 shipment delivered 11/26, checked in 12/2, received in full 12/2
HIA1, PLEASE UNLOAD YOUR TRAILERS from UPS? Please?
It's been more than 2 weeks now.

This shipment has been "checked in" since 23-NOV-2024 2:05am EST
Seller Support said I have to wait until after January 6 before we can initiate an investigation. Seriously FBA?
CAN I REFUSE TO SHIP to a specific FC?
Is anyone else experiencing slowdowns at HIA1 receiving?

I have an LTL shipment that was delivered to HIA1 on November 15th. As of December 11th, there has still been no further activity.

Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I was checking the Shipment FBA18LSXPL85 and I do see that will be eligible for investigation in January 6th.
Unfortunately, in order to request the investigation we will need to wait for this day, and you will need to request.
Please know that we are on peak season and this processes take longer than usual.
