weight heavy sticker
My carton boxes that in sending in are 46 lbs each. Do I need to put any type of "heavy" stickers on the shipping boxes coming in to Amazon?

If you are shipping to US Amazon FCs, then no. This is not required until over 50#.
There was some confusion a month or two ago when one of the independent newsletters said something about it, but they were reading some less-than-clear verbiage on Amazon that referred to Japan. The wording has since been clarified, and US does not require the sticker.
Note that 50# is the normal weight limit for FBA; so not an issue unless you have very heavy items.
