Featured Offer , who do i contact to look at the ridiculous prices they want me to sell for
I am getting annoyed ow
My product is only 5.99
others sell similar but not the same for 8.99
my prime badge is removed if I do not lower the price as then it is not a featured offer
I make basically a few pence profit with the new featured offer price i have to adhere to
This item comes via air freight which is more expensive and have built this into my price

Highly doubt seller support will do anything.
Your best bet is to report amazon via here
I'm not sure if amazons 'pricing requirements' are part of this CMA investigation - but they sure should be made aware of it.

I have a couple of products in FBA and I am being told I can't sell them for more than £1.99 due to competitive pricing.
As the fulfilment fee is £1.52 there is no way I can make any money selling at £1.99. It is just impossible.
Even on FBM I would only make a tiny profit at that price.
It is utter madness but no one at Amazon wants to do anything about it. Competitive pricing hurts businesses.

We had this when we needed to rework our pricing last year. Amazon removed the buy box from us as we weren't complying with its 'pricing policy'. As the manufacturer we felt it wasn't fair for Amazon to dictate what price we can offer our products for so we left our pricing at the new price and sales continued to come in as we are the only sellers of that particular SKU. We have now regained our buy box as I assume the system has seen it selling and recalibrated. We were able to do this as we didn't have multiple sellers of the same line but we did think about returning to the lower price and incrementally moving the price back to the level we needed it to be at. This might be worth trying as we got nowhere with seller support on this.
