Account under review problem suddenly
Hello everyone,
We are new sellers on Amazon and started our business about four months ago. Month by month, our sales have steadily increased, and we've managed to achieve a solid sales level. The health of our account is impeccable, with a perfect rating, green indicators in all areas, 0% late shipments, 0% defect rate, and 100% on-time deliveries.
Despite this perfect record, we recently received a message from Amazon stating that our account is being reviewed again for some reason. As a result, our funds – amounting to several thousand euros – are currently frozen until the review is completed. The message explained that this action was automatically triggered because "the services we provided did not meet expectations."
We are puzzled by this situation, as all our metrics reflect a high standard of service. We have provided all requested information, but we are still receiving the same automated message. Could someone please explain what's going on and why our funds are being withheld despite our flawless performance?
We are committed to complying with Amazon's policies and providing top-notch service to our customers. Therefore, we would greatly appreciate any insights or advice on how to resolve this issue.

I may be wrong but it may have something to do with the high volume of sales in a short period that have raised a red flag, especially if you have a low feedback to sales ratio.
I think there have been threads about this before.

I went through the same after a large increase in sales. Amazon wouldn't let me withdraw funds. Of course, Amazon will never explain this to you.
