I have created multiple removal orders, but none have been delivered to me. When I checked the tracking details, I noticed that your courier partner, DLV, marked them as undeliverable, stating that my address is outside the carrier's service area. Consequently, the packages were returned to the Fulfillment Center (FC).
This has happened with over 15 removal orders, and I have been charged for all of them. If the orders are not delivered to me, why am I being charged? In the past, Blue Dart successfully delivered all my removal orders, but now DLV seems to be unable to fulfill these shipments, resulting in constant returns to the FC.
When I contacted Amazon Support for assistance they are worst, I received no proper resolution. Instead, the cases were closed with the generic response that "the order status is returned to FC." I am fighting this since more than 2 months now and my inventory is not being sent back to me.
As a seller, this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Amazon, why are sellers being charged for undelivered removal orders? Please provide a proper resolution and address this recurring issue.
