New seller: Listings dont have prices

I'm a new seller and brand owner of unique products - so not sure why my listings don't have prices?

I'm not sure I understand the idea behind a buy box when I'm the only one selling these products as I've create them.

Very confused, any help appreciated! Thanks

You don't get Featured Offer until you have built up a sales history (which amazon don't disclose what a sales history is).

It sounds like you're experiencing some common confusion among new Amazon sellers regarding listing issues and the Buy Box.

Listings Without Prices: If your products are listed but not showing prices, this could be due to several reasons:

Incomplete Listings: Ensure that all necessary information is filled out and that your listings are fully active. Sometimes, missing details can prevent a listing from being fully active.

Pricing Errors: Check if there's an issue with how you've entered your pricing information. Make sure you haven’t mistakenly set the price too high or too low, which could trigger a review by Amazon.

Account Health: Problems with your seller account health, such as unresolved customer service issues, can also lead to listing problems. Make sure your seller metrics are in good standing.

Understanding the Buy Box: The Buy Box is the box on a product detail page where customers can begin the purchasing process by adding items to their shopping carts. Even if you're the only seller, several factors influence whether you will "win" the Buy Box:

1.Pricing Strategy: Your product needs to be competitively priced. Amazon compares your product price (including shipping) with similar products.

2.Availability: Ensure your inventory levels are sufficient. If Amazon thinks you might not be able to fulfill orders, it might not display the Buy Box.

3.Seller Performance: Metrics like order defect rate, cancellation rate, and late shipment rate can influence Buy Box eligibility. High performance tends to favor winning the Buy Box.

4.Shipping Method: Offering Prime shipping or being part of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) can help in securing the Buy Box.

Since you are a new seller and brand owner, ensure your seller account is fully set up and that all your product listings are complete and active. It might also help to review Amazon's guidelines on Buy Box eligibility and ensure you meet all the criteria.

If after checking these areas everything seems in order, but you still face issues, contacting Amazon Seller Support would be a good next step. They can provide specific guidance related to your account and listings.
