Frustratingly, I keep getting hit with this surcharge on my invoice for Oversize @ £2.25 each. This is for Tracked 48 LBT (Large letter). I know these charges are incorrect because 1/ the packaging type comes within the Large Letter criteria, and 2/ I weigh and apply the postage myself, so I would know if I am using incorrect data.

The main frustration however comes with not knowing which items this surcharge applies too as the individual item identification is not on my main Royal Mail invoice, nor within the Royal Mail invoicing portal.

I just wondered if anyone knows how to find out *which* are the surcharged items, and if anyone has encountered similar issues as ideally I need to resolve this asap!?

Is anyone here noticing significant increase in Royal Mail surcharges on International items ( weight and size surcharges )? I am guessing these are being feed through the surcharge machine as well now

A while ago I linked my Royal Mail Account with Amazon and have been buying account postage through Amazon with no issues.

I also buy standard 2nd Class Letter post through Amazon as per Amazon rules for VTR.

On doing my accounts I recently realised I am no longer being charged for the 2nd class letter postage.

Seller support says that once I have linked my Royal Mail account all postage is invoiced by Royal Mail so my letter post will be charged by Royal Mail. Royal Mail says my letter post will be charged by Amazon.

I have escalated to the MD email who confirm that Royal Mail invoice me for the letter post. Although Royal Mail haven't done so far.

Does anyone have any idea how the letter post is now paid for as I can't see this on any report. Does an invoice follow at a later date?
