Missing inventory with no explanation

Missing inventory with no explanation

Case ID: 17794499251 (Although there have been several open cases at this point as no one has been able to help properly).

I have been trying to determine where some of my inventory has gone for a week or two now and keep getting the same generic response of "We have completed our investigation of the lost inventory for FNSKU ******* and have not found any recent actionable Amazon fulfillment center lost events related to it."

I have proof of the initial inventory amount sent to them vs how much I've sold and how much is currently available to be sold, and it is not adding up. I've asked for an explanation of where the inventory is if it is not lost and again, same generic response. If it isn't missing, where is it?!

The inventory has been missing for months now, so it's not like they are in transport, they are simply unaccounted for.

Basically, at this point I have SOLD 62 units, only 39 are in FBA INVENTORY, I started with 148 sellable units. So, 148-62=86 (units that should be available). But only 39 are so, 86-39=

47 MISSING UNITS.

I'd like someone to investigate where they are and reimburse me if they cannot be found. This is all so complicated and frustrating, and I've opened so many cases at this point. Please, someone help!!!

Please note that the reply from our partner team on this case:

"We have completed our investigation of the lost inventory for FNSKU **** and have not found any recent actionable Amazon fulfillment center lost events related to it. You can appeal this decision by sharing the Transaction Item ID of the lost event in question with our Selling Partner Support."
