Your Amazon Seller account has been deactivated
I’ve appealed several times and have not got an answer to my query and I keep getting the same reply back asking me to provide utility bills or to explain how my account has not violated section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement. I’ve read it and I don’t see anything that I’ve violated. My account health is healthy and doesn’t indicate any violations. I have provided a bank statement, a copy of my driving licence and my bank card has been verified. Before even listing anything, my account was then deactivated and I am now being asked for a utility bill to reactivate. However I do not have any utility bills in my name since they’re in my husband’s name. Is there any other way of resolving this as I have already provided the documents I was initially asked for and there are no utility bills in my name?

Do you have a mobile bill in your name? If not, you will most likely have to change one of your bills over to your name to proceed

Hello @descize
This is Art from Amazon to assist you.
I’ve reviewed the post above and understood that you need assistance in appeal submission.
In order to reactivate your account, the team has requested you to submit your business license or a utility bill.
A utility bill is a monthly statement of the amount a household or business owes for essential services or utilities such as mobile phone, gas, electricity or internal service bill.
If you have a mobile bill on your name, then we would recommend you to submit the bill through the appeal path by visiting Account Health Dashboard > Submit New Information.
Please make sure that the utility bill you are going to submit should be dated within the last 90 days.
Thank you for your inputs @Sequin and @JillyB1
Kindly keep up posted if you have further queries, we would be more than happy to help you.
Regards,
Art.
