Rude Staff, Unhelpful Staff

Today, I saw my account had

"Frequently returned item

Check the product details and customer reviews to learn more about this item."

I barely get any returns, I am a new seller so my sales aren't huge YET! I'm working on that.

I opened a case to have this alert removed as it deters customers from buying my products and it is false. I have 4.9 stars on my parent listing and 5 stars for this product in question. Wayne in seller support was so rude and condescending!

I asked to speak to a manager so many times. My reports so 0% negativity. 100% account health.

I find Amazon UK seller support team is frequently rude and unhelpful. it is very frustrating. Amazon USA seller support team are so much better.

How/WHY does Amazon a HUGE global company not remedy this problem?
