Account deactivated to multiple account

This account is associated with the account I opened years ago (never used). I got a suspension on this account. I was told that I had to open my old account. I wanted to merge this account with my old account. In the support e-mail I received, it says that I can sell in any account I want and close the other one. But now both of my accounts are suspended and I can't close them. We have not been able to solve the problem for months. My old account is telling me to open this account. This account says I need to open the old account. I have suspen on two accounts and I cannot get support.

You have to get the first one reactivated and then close the second one - thats how amazon works
