Have not received payment in bank account, been folllowing seller support for more than a month now

I don't understand my case keeps getting transferred or they say Internal team is investigating. It has been more than a month now and I am fed up of the same answer, the payment is not a small amount for me to just forget it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Payment initiated email was on 7th September.

Mine is also transfered on 9 September still everytime I opened a case they transfered they don't care about our payment they are unprofessional or they don't want our money to be transfered my amount is also big but they are not answering I have share all my details you can check on my forum.everytime I ask for the payment they answer me there so called internal team is investigating I don't understand how much time it will take to investigate this small issue or if they cannot work tell us we will come there and investigate. @Noor_Amazon_ I have been asking you also but you are also not replying
