Buyer Claiming Item Leaked & Damaged
Hi, any help appreciated.
A buyer received a designer fragrance/body mist in November and claimed that the item arrived damaged and that the item had leaked all over the box. The courier delivery photograph shows the delivery box in perfect condition with no marks or stains.
I authorised a return request for the item and have not heard from the buyer for 2 weeks.
The buyer has returned today requesting a replacement fragrance for Christmas.
The purchase is to the value of £23.

just message them back stating that you have accepted the return request and that they need to return the item if they wish to receive a refund and once its back, you can refund (if it is ok) and they can then reorder another
