Video Upload Feature not Available

Hello, I cannot upload videos to the video center to link them with my generic listings. I previously had this option and have upto 12 videos linked to my ASINS. I am not brand registered but I could still link 1 ASIN to any video of my preference. Recently, I had to upload more videos to show my product overview and upon clicking upload it says the feature is not available to me! I spoke to support and they told me that I had to complete the INFORM act verifications pending on my account to resume the feature which I already did. I still cannot access the feature and Im fed up of speaking to support now, each time they keep telling me that I have to be Brand registered and Generic ASINS cannot be linked to videos which is not correct. I would really appreciate someone to help me out on this because I have spent hours speaking to support and they keep telling me the same
