Approval for 3M products?

Hi

One of my products manufactured has a 3M adhesive label on it - do I need to get approval to use “3M” adhesive label for this product? I have not made reference to 3M on my product listing although one of my images shows 3M on the labelling.

Any advice appreciated.

Is it an official 3M product or is it one that you have manufactured yourself and put 3M on the product?

If it is official then the brand should be 3M and the product description should contain 3M

If it is not official then you may need to consider whether you should be selling this product. 3M is a licensed trademark and you can’t use it.
