Taxes in the uk (non resident and non citizen)

Hi,
I just registered to the UK marketplace, it was brought to my attention that taxes needed to be paid,but the thing is that i am neither a uk citizen nor a resident in the uk;so my question is the following:
1- what is the optimal solution for this in terms of paying taxes and dues to uk government?
2-Should i register a limited company in the uk?? Or it is doable without it??
3- do i need to register with vat?
4-can i register in vat with just being a non resident ,non citizen(no company formation whatsoever)?
