I sent an email to Amazon and the status in Your Cases and Requests Log is as “transferred”, has anyone had any response after this status?

It depends which dept it was transferred to

Again I received a new case status ‘‘transferred’’, are the attached documents also transferred to the forwarded department or only the original text part ?

It means they have transferred it to the relevant department, you are meant to receive a response yes but unfortunately, it doesn’t always happen and there is no fixed time frame. If you don’t hear back you may have to just create a new case.
