Parcel force 3 shipments so far missing - coventry
just dont know what to do, first one went missing in august still dont know where it is, im sending them over 24hrs and parcel force have been fab with this up till now, sent 1 shipment on the 30th and 1 on the 1st, not arrived yet and tracking them with parcel force says they are at main hub, but parcel force say they are delivered but cant show me proof, sent a small shipment today back to using ups, but again its coventry, wish it wasnt but cant choose, anyone got any help to offer much appreciate it pulling my hair out as cant restock

More than likely they have been delivered, just not processed yet.
Your only talking a week, so it’s not actually that late yet. I’d give it at least another week.
Parcelforce however should be able to provide proof of delivery. If they are not doing this, then when it comes to a claim with Amazon, you are not going to get very far.
I wouldn’t have thought that the cost with using parcelforce, would really make sense, unless your sending up to 30kg in one go.
Why not take a look at some of the other couriers, such as DPD etc?

They have a phone number and ticket system, and £100 insurance on the Parcelforce 24 service as standard.
I have found Parcelforce quite good in general, and tracked, not signed for as COVID rules, but the driver signs to show delivered which Amz acceept as proof.
Aroha = Parcelforce are an approved courier for Amz (NOT for SFP deliveries though)

I have a box that I posted on 1st still sitting in UPS depot, presumably they are waiting for permission to actually deliver it…also going to Coventry.
I also notice a banner across the top so maybe they are unusually busy - note though I only started with FBA about a month ago and have only sent 3 shipments (this is the 3rd) so don’t have a huge history to pull from and don’t know if this banner is always there or they are actually busier than normal at the moment.

Parcel Force is under performing at present as all the couriers are they are stretched. We have lost our premium shipping facility due to only 96% of our parcels being on time. Quite frankly we have started to accept the fact they are not performing at present. Fedex is even worse they are right down at the bottom of the pile, particualry since they bough and fully merged with TNT. Basically we have tried all the carriers that we can use and they are all similar. Totally frustrating though and they all do things they should not i.e leaving parcels in bushes outside houses not carding the address. PF are the best we have found but its enough to give you a nervous breakdown if Amazon have not already:(
