Amazon Ads Placements discrepancy

I recently noticed in amazon ads that the data (Orders, spend etc.) in my campaign dashboard heavily differs from the data in the Placements dashboard. For the july month period the placements dashboard can say 7 orders but the the campaign dashboard says 17. Has anyone encountered this problem as well? I can't work with placement adjustments if it's showing incorrect data.
