I'm hoping to get some help with complying with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Back in March, I received an email from Amazon explaining the need for user manuals on ASINs for the EU marketplaces by December 13th, 2024.

I've diligently prepared user manuals for all my products in the required local languages for each EU marketplace. However, I'm encountering some challenges with the upload process using the flat file templates.

After reviewing the template several times, it seems there's no designated cell for uploading user manuals or selecting the language. I've contacted Seller Support on multiple occasions (over 10 times) to clarify where to upload the manuals and how to specify the language.

While Seller Support eventually mentioned a beta version template with a user manual upload cell, I haven't been able to access this option. I've tried various methods, including using a sub-account, but haven't been successful in activating the beta template option. Additionally, Seller Support hasn't been able to provide a clear explanation for why I can't access it or what steps I need to take.

This situation has caused some frustration, as I received the initial email in March yet the necessary tools seem unavailable. I'm eager to comply with the policy and would appreciate any insights on how to proceed.

Specifically, I'd like to request help with the following:

1. Enabling the beta version template for my main user login account in the "Update product details" section for "clock" products across all EU marketplaces.

2. Implementing a user manual upload option for the "Decorative Signage" product type in an updated template for all EU marketplaces as soon as possible.

3. For my sub-account, even though the beta template option shows up, I can't generate the template itself. Does anyone know how to enable the template generation function for sub-accounts?
