Read onlyCustomer left feedback 1 out of 5 saying I had fraudulently advertised a book by saying I had described it as a specially numbered, signed copy, when I had done NO such thing. I asked for help from Seller Support who sent a AI generated message back saying it had been answered in less than 1 minute and case closed. Moderators will you message me PLEASE or would anyone tell me how to contact any moderator?
Can't help with the feedback, but I can guess what's happened.
I bet the Amazon image and description states what the buyer thought they were getting.
Amazon's book catalogue is a minefield; becoming increasingly important to check the listing before listing. No longer list with an upload anymore for this reason.
Do you include the packing slip in with your books ? - if so it would include YOUR actual description of the book, as you had listed it. Unfortunately some sellers have included in the product description their own specific detail, which maybe the customer looked at rather than YOUR item description - just a thought. You could send the customer a copy of your own description as proof of how you described it.
Moderators won't contact you unless you tag them in to your post. Tag them in by typing @, then their name and select from the dropdown - just names that have the Amazon logo.
Hi @Seller_Wp51IQZBKpF1i,
To create a link to a Mod, you need to include in your post an @ then start typing the Mod's name (no space) and when it appears in the box that has arisen click on it... e.g. @Sarah_Amzn @Julia_Amazon @Winston_Amazon... NOTE: these are NOT links
Or copy and paste the above string and click on the name you want and it will highlight in blue/green at which point it's a link...
What was the book?? There might be two detail pages - 1 for the Limited and one for the Ordinary edition
All Best

I looked into this for you. I looked at your account and deduced from it what the customer purchased.
The first edition of that book came in two forms. A normal first edition which is the one in the asin and a Limited version of the first edition of which there were 250 copies with a hand signature of the author.
The limited edition did not have the blue dust cover, it was brown colour and hence not the one from this asin.
Google this
London: Chatto and Windus 1930. Limited edition of 260 copies (250 for sale) signed by the author. A fine copy save for the barest hint of pushing to the four corners. Exhibits only the barest hintof the usual browning of the board edges that is so common to this title. The fine condition is due to the protection afforded by the scarce and likely oft discarded plain dust wrapper, which itself is in near fine condition with a small crease and a one-inch edge tear. The nicest copy extant
You should see the website the first edition version with pics is listed on(I doubt I can link it here)
Your customer is in the wrong and amazon should be removing unfair feedback like this. I would be annoyed in your position too.
Hello @Seller_Wp51IQZBKpF1i,
This is Sarah with Amazon.
Could you please share the Case ID opened with Seller Support so I can check if I can assist you?
Best regards,
Sarah.
The more we EXCUSE seller support by suggesting that their messages are AI generated (and not their fault), the less likely that we would get them working or raising their standards. Seller support have a CHOICE to address cases appropriately and in a professional manner, doing justice to the seller, their business and the platform that they have chosen to. No one has put a gun on their head asking them to generate an imaginary AI message or whatever it means.
They have a choice to work on a case, swiftly, efficiently, competently and offer a seller-centric resolution. Instead they copy and paste scripts. These scripts were there even before AI has started to take shape.
