"Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity"
I have received a notice stating that my account has been deactivated due to inactivity. I originally set up my account in July and now that I have been product in-hand, I was recently setting up my store/listing. This new activity after some dormancy may have triggered this response.
However, when I follow the link to "reactivate account," it sends me to a dead end with a prompt stating "your account is inactive" with no link to submit the requested documents or access the help chat. I've looked on the banner to see if there is a link there to reactivate the account as indicated in an another forum question. I've looked over all the business, tax, store information and it appears to be all verified and current. The only part that I can't verify is the "deposit method" under payment information. Please help.
