Can i list a product without SKU?
I am trying to list a product and got the EAN from GS UK, but it is asking for valid SKU not associated with product images?
We cannot associate an image with this SKU because it was not created due to another error. Correct all other errors associated with it and resubmit your inventory file to resolve this error.
If you received this error after submitting a product image data feed (XML), the referenced SKU does not correspond with an existing product in the Amazon catalogue. The following reasons might be the reason:
- You have not submitted a product data feed for this SKU.
- Previous errors in your product data feeds prevented the addition of this SKU to the catalogue.
- The SKU in your product image data feed is wrong.

The basic answer to your post title is yes, you can list without entering an SKU as Amazon will create one if you do not create one of your own.
As to the rest, cannot help.

You can initially list without a SKU and Amazon will create one for you (although my advice is to always create your own). The SKU has to be unique.
However, when you are updating a product (which looks like you are trying to update images) then you have to supply the SKU - otherwise how does Amazon know which of your items you are updating?
