hey,
i created this seller account recently but i wanted to create an individual account to just try out but i accidentally created a professional one with the fee. i was credited the monthly fee. i have switched to an individual account now but i wanted to ask, is there a way i can get a refund from amazon of the 46 euros i payed for the professional account? thanks.

You just need to open a case with Seller Support requesting a refund on the Professional Selling Fees. Though it is at their discretion and it depends if you have sold anything or used any services that the pro fee applies to.
