Question: My store has registered a US brand, but when I tried to register it, I found that it had already been registered on Amazon. What should I do?
It's like this, Company A registered a brand B (registered in both Class 9 and Class 21), and already placed the R mark in 2020.
When filing today, it was found that if the trademark number of Class 21 is entered for verification, Amazon will prompt that the brand has been filed, while the trademark number of Class 9 can be filed normally.
(Customer service cannot provide information about the registered store on the other side, and the front desk cannot find any results even when searching for brands. Even if legal means are taken, they do not even know who the other party is.)
The biggest question is, why can my trademark be registered by someone else? How can I retrieve it?
2. Can I still use Class 9 trademark numbers for registration now? Will there be any impact in the future? During the process of arguing with the other party, I am worried that it will affect the normal use of my trademark and thus affect my link.

I took a look at the cases regarding this issue. From those, I can see that you are not the trademark owner so my question for you is do you have authorization from the brand to enroll in Brand Registry? I also recommend reaching out to the brand to see if they have had someone else previously enroll the brand into Brand Registry.
