Request for Fee Reduction to Enhance Sales on Amazon

We are a well-established seller on Amazon, specializing in hospital furniture and healthcare equipment, including dermatology chairs, hospital beds, and gynaecological tables. However, the commission fees imposed by Amazon, ranging from 10% to 20%, significantly increase the final price of our products.

For example, a dermatology chair with a cost of 20,000 incurs an additional 3,000 in Amazon commission, 2,500 in transport fees, and 1,000 in other charges. This results in a total price of 26,500 for the buyer. Furthermore, if the product is returned, the seller incurs an additional cost of 2,500.

Given these high costs, we are seeking your assistance in reducing the commission fees. A reduction would help us maintain competitive pricing, which in turn would encourage more buyers to purchase our products.
