With irrefutable evidence at hand, we earnestly urge Amazon to reverse the refund and return the funds to our account, as this claim was unjustifiably lodged.​

1. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Proof​

Shipping & Tracking Details​

The order was promptly shipped on May 2, 2025, and successfully delivered on May 12, 2025. The delivery was confirmed by the signature of the buyer, Oneill. Shipped via CEVA Logistics with the tracking number OV90799375, detailed evidence has been attached, including screenshots of the tracking history and the FedEx delivery confirmation with the buyer’s digital signature. These documents clearly demonstrate that the item was delivered as promised, eliminating any valid delivery - related grounds for the claim.​

Item Condition​

The product was dispatched in brand - new condition, precisely matching the description provided in the Amazon listing. Throughout the process, there have been no reports or indications of any quality or description discrepancies.​

2. Buyer Communication & Claim Context​

Buyer’s Message (May 18, 2025)​

The buyer contacted us stating, “No me interesa esto ya ah tardado mucho,” which translates to “I no longer want this; it took too long.” This message indicates that the buyer’s dissatisfaction stems not from issues with the product or delivery, but rather from a change of preference.​

Seller’s Response​

Upon receiving the message, we immediately informed the buyer that the package had been delivered on May 12 and offered our assistance. However, we received no further response from the buyer, and no product - related issues were ever cited.​

Key Issue​

It is evident that the claim was filed due to the buyer’s change of mind after successful delivery, rather than any legitimate fulfillment or quality problems. This action violates Amazon’s policies against frivolous A-to-Z claims and unfairly impacts our seller performance metrics, such as the Order Defect Rate (ODR).​

3. Formal Request to Amazon​

Given the signed proof of delivery and the lack of any valid justification for the claim, we respectfully and firmly request that Amazon refund the funds to our seller account for Order #114-4133454-5446628.​

Did you use Amazon's Buy shipping? You could have hand delivered it and it wouldn't matter, if you don't use their shipping then you lose.
