Read onlyI made a complaint a few weeks ago about a listing being hijacked, someone changed the images and title to a more expensive version of the product, I increase my prices to make sure I wasn't on the buybox but, the few days that this lasted, a few orders came went out which customers then made complaints about receiving the wrong product, when in reality the listing was hijacked. Now the listing has returned to its original form.
Now today, I've been removed from this listing because Amazon thinks I'm selling the wrong item, even though Amazon have done research on my inventory and found nothing wrong with the SKU related the ASIN (Case ID: 9670451212).
I've submitted my information to show this is a mistake, however, I'm now going to have to wait weeks for this to get resolved, losing out on sales. Hoping something will happen quickly to get me back on this listing.
