Account Deactivation - Struggling to know what to do?

I am struggling with my account being deactivated this morning after an appeal was rejected. Another appeal has been put in and waiting for the outcome of that.

Between the two, I was sent an email "Action required: Important information about your product listings". This has some products in where you have to send of some information to show health and safety information. It clearly states "Action required".

Even though I removed both products, one of them a week ago.

On the Amazon website, the Manage Your Compliance page has zero outstanding requests. I find them both listed under Completed requests. It states "No longer requested" because they are long deleted from my account. To be safe, I decide to find the sheets for these two and submit them. You can do this, I guess so you can list them later and have the documents done. Instantly I get two emails: "We have closed this case because Amazon has deactivated your account. Refer to your Account Health Dashboard to learn more about the status of your account."

Phoning seller support and they were clear that I should not have submitted these two compliance requests.

Here we are:

1) The email says I must take action

2) The website says it is optional

3) A submission returns a refusal to accept the documents

4) Seller support say I must not take action

So which is it?

Lets all be honest: That is pure confusion and the left-hand does not know what the right-hand is doing.

I have been deactivated for selling two products that are completely legal to sell in the UK but Amazon are deciding they are not legal. Removing the products as soon as they emailed has not helped. They've both been removed for a week or more. One of them has a European specific part number, is sold on the UK website of the brand themselves but Amazon are insistent it is wrong. These are a completely different two products from the email above!

Further, since last Tuesday I have an orange box at the top of my account health page that states: "You have listed products that require you to submit compliance documents. Visit Manage Your Compliance to see the list of affected products and submit the required compliance documents." ... "It could take up to 24 hours for the banner to be removed following approval of submission"

Clicking on Manage Your Compliance has shown exactly zero products but this banner will not go away.

Why do I have this box, yet nothing to do? Why won't it go away?

P.S. Just to show how good Amazons automatic systems are, I am now been told this post contains personal information. Where?

Expected, staff say my appeal will not be accepted. Of course not. Rejected.

As I was deciding at the end of last year to sell on Amazon or eBay, I will now give eBay a chance and see what happens there.
