Can I switch from paying Royal Mail to paying Amazon buy shipping?

Currently my RM account is linked to Amazon and I get a RM invoice direct from RM. I am trialling Sellerboard for tracking my profit and because I pay RM direct it doesn't pick up that data. I would like to use Buy Shipping and pay Amazon instead so that it shows up, but at my negotiated RM rates. Is this possible?
