Read onlyI sent 18 units of 1 SKU about 2 months ago and AMAZON said they never received it even though I used their AMAZON partnered carrier UPS and the tracking clearly shows it was delivered to them with the exact time & date.. When I asked them to investigate they said 'they have no record of receiving these items' (even though tracking clearly shows delivery date and time) therefore they will not refund.
I sent another 18 units of the same SKU recently and they went missing as well, again used their AMAZON partnered carrier UPS and the tracking shows it was delivered. When I asked them to investigate they said 'they have no record of receiving these items' (even though tracking clearly shows delivery date and time) therefore they will not refund for this lost stock.
When I contact them, they keep sending me the same standard reply 'that after investigating we have no record of receiving these items' DOES THE 'proof of delivery' by UPS mean nothing to them? If proof of delivery is not record of them receiving it then what else do they need?
Its very frustrating, this is not the first time, can anybody advise me what I can do? who can I contact? any means of escalating this further? I have lost a lot of money in lost stock at AMAZON, for which they will not reimburse. Anybody had same problems?
