We have just received our first claim related to a property damage or personal injury issue.

It is an FBA order (206-2550611-1653142). There was no communication with the buyer, no return request, and no emails from Amazon regarding this order or claim.

The order was already refunded (probably by Amazon CS).

The claim is currently under review:

Customer issue: Property Damage or Personal Injury Incident

Customer comments: Claim received related to a property damage or personal injury issue.

Where can we get more details about what happened and what amount they claim?

Oh gosh, Surely the seller should receive far more information that that - not just that the customer has made a claim ?!
