Can't create Brand Tailored Promotions

Hi everyone,

I registered my brand on Amazon about 3 or 4 months ago, but I'm still not eligible for Brand Tailored Promotions. I created a support case two weeks ago, but there hasn't been any progress.

Does anyone know how to become eligible for Brand Tailored Promotions?

Hello @Seller_FoHTLj6VNpEIr- and thanks for joining us here on the forums! I don't believe there are any posted eligibility requirements beyond what is in this help page, referring to check within Brand Registry, but I did find this post from the very knowledgeable @Dougal_Amazon which does cite some specific requirements for Brand Tailored Coupons!
