Trademark Logo Misuse {Miffy}, Suspected Intellectual Property Violations.

This violation has occurred on my Amazon France market. I removed this word--{MIFFY} from all my listing, but amazon didn't fetch my data. Amazon keeps asking for documents repeatedly but I don't have any documents related to this product, what should I do now?

I have opened a case many times, but amazon is still showing this violation on my France market.

The violation will eventually disappear off your account health after 180 days.
