This is disgusting, we got negative feedback by customer who cancelled the order and now writing feedback where we are responsible for everything, dayling life to Christmas blah blah! When we approach amazon we are getting same bot reply!
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller or buyer-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
Can anyone explain if these feedback continues who will take responsibility of account hold or suspensions.

never arrived.............ordered nearly a month ago. Want refund or a prompt delivery. This was a Christmas present....for 2024 not 2025!
Worst part as order is cancelled how can I contact her when there is no communication address or phone number!
At the same time amazon is asking customers to go and file A2Z complaints or ask seller that package may have lost. In fact our delivery rate is 95% plus.
It seems there is no standing for sellers and customer can slap and hide in the bushes!
