Partnered Carrier LTL shipments taking longer to deliver and now no tracking?

Has anyone switched to their own carriers with faster delivery appointments? Our partnered carrier shipments are now taking 2 months minimum for delivery and we aren't even seeing tracking information in Seller Central anymore so we have to go direct to the carrier for information. Seller support just points to the investigation date with no further assistance.

Hey @Seller_R3DELV8VuVO6h, you should have access to tracking information when using a partnered carrier. Do you have any shipments in particular that you would like me to look at?
