Deleting SKU from shipment - new box labels?
I sent in product with a carton that is very close to the 25" length limit and I just started getting hit with some shipping notices. I have already created/labeled a separate shipment with the same labels, so I don’t want to send these SKUs in and have the same issue.
What happens if I delete this SKU from the shipment? Does it require me to apply new box labels to the entire shipment? Or do I just exclude those from the shipment and the other box labels remain the same?
Thanks,

Depends on if it will let you delete them, if it does you just have to edit your qty of boxes on your paperwork. And depending on where those boxes fell in the numerical order of labels, you might have to reprint and relabel to match the numbers to your new qty.
If it didn’t let you, then you’ll have to delete the shipment and restart and in turn relabel.

Hi neverland_p and thanks for writing. I'm Danika from the Community Manager team at Amazon.
We've investigated this case. It seems like the shipment in question exceeded the 25 inches in height (it's showing as 27.2 inches in the examples I checked).
Here's what you need to do next:
- Within Seller Central go to Inventory > Shipments to access your Shipping Queue page.
- From here, find the shipment in question and click the "View problems with this shipment" link. This will take you to the Shipment summary page.
- Scroll down to the error message "Reinstate FBA shipment creation" and click Resolve.
Here you will see what the problem was about and you will have the option to Acknowledge or Submit Dispute.
Hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
