Delayed Payments

Hey Sellers,

Has anyone gotten an email saying their payments are delayed from 7 days to 14 days? The email states that the determination was based on my overall risk and historical performance.

I know this can happen for FBM sellers but I do FBA and Amazon ships all my products. In addition, my account is in good health so I need clarification about the delay.

As you mentioned the account was healthy and use FBA, so as this seems to be unrelated to an account health issue I have reached out to our community managers to follow up on your situation. I would recommend if you have created any cases on this to provide them here for further review.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.

Hello @Seller_RvlJ8XkQSeiTI,

This is Josh from Amazon. Thank you for contacting our Forums!

I understand that you have questions regarding the notification you received about your payments delay from 7 to 14 days. I have reviewed your account, but at this moment I don't have additional information to share, as all the details are within the performance notification received on June 13th, 2024.

As mentioned in the communication, "Factors that influence your reserve period include credit card charge success rates and A-to-z Guarantee claims, as well as other risk factors. We may move your account back to a 7-day reserve period based on changes in these risk factors. This will not require any action from you. We will notify you if you are reverted back to a 7-day reserve period.

Our policy regarding Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct can be found at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801."

in case you have more questions you can always reach out to our Seller Support team.

Kind regards,

-Josh
