Unable to Merge Duplicate ASIN's Despite Same UPC Numbers
Hello - I am trying to clean up our catalog and merge duplicate listings. This is frustrating to say the least. My latest attempt is case number 15136145581.
These two items are the same product with the same UPC number: 046501046109
We are brand registered. We would like to keep ASIN B0033LX8FM and have it merged with B001FD01Z0.
Products in our catalog are identical if they share the same ASIN. On some of our items, I am noticing up to 4 duplicates created using the same UPC code.

Correction: Products in our catalog are identical if they share the same UPC, not ASIN.

I'm currently investigating your Case and ASINs with the escalation team to determine what options exist to merge these ASINs. There are some internal reasons that ASIN merges cannot be completed however I am appealing this event on your behalf. Once I have additional information I will reach out out to you here.
