Package delivered 2 weeks ago

Is there a backup at Middletown, PA that I don't know about? My package of almost 1,000 units was delivered and checked in, but nothing since 2 weeks ago. I am now fully stressed since my inventory is 0 now and desperately need these to be received and ready to sell.

Could @Bryce_Amazon or another Mod please look into this.
