IP Complaints-How many and how to reslove
Hi everyone,
I am a new seller on amazon, I have received some IP complaints. I have stopped selling on amazon just not to receive more IP complaints:
- How many complaints I can receive before amazon close my account?
- If I remove the AISN will that help with removal of the complaints?
3 In case my account is blocked will amazon transfere the holding amount into my account?
4 What will heppen if amazon do not accept my documents?

Are these ‘Received’ complaints or ‘Suspected’ complaints as there is quite a difference?
Received means that you are probably selling on ‘someone else’s listing’ - are you ? Is your product EXACTLY the same as the ASIN you are listing on ? Is the Brand the same ?
Suspected means there is probably the wrong Brand name somewhere in the listing which needs removing and should be easy enough to do
How many do you have and what are the ASINs in question?

3 In case my account is blocked will amazon transfere the holding amount into my account? - no, not until at least 90 days
4 What will heppen if amazon do not accept my documents? depends on the documents and whether or not you are listing on the wrong ASIN (invoices are required - not receipts)
