Listing Violation warning - help with appeal

Hello,
I have sent several appeal and despite working hard on a resolution and the appeal I keep getting the same message back as follows:
“Thank you for submitting your plan of action. We reviewed your appeal and determined that the corrective action items you have listed have not been implemented. Please make sure all corrective actions have been completed and violating content has been removed to be in compliance with your plan of action.”
Please help, I do not know why they keep saying that the corrective actions have not been implemented.

Your appeal must have stated you would carry out certain changes- Amazon have checked and are saying that you haven’t completed all the corrections to your account.

Thank you both for your reply.

I will copy below the initial notification which request that the item_name and brand attribute needs to be changed. However since the ASIN was yanked by the violation, it is no longer possible to make the requested changes. I have raised this with seller central who confirmed that the ASIN was locked and could not be changed. The reason I changed the brand in the first place is because it was incorrect and I did report it first to Seller Central who in turn sent me the instructions on how to change the Brand attribute. I kept getting sellers piggy backing all the advertising and marketing work we did on the listing.

Below is the copy of the initial notification:
Hello,

We are contacting you because you have added inaccurate information to product detail pages.

Why did this happen?
Sellers on Amazon.co.uk are not allowed to add inaccurate information to product detail pages.

We’re here to help.
To learn more about this policy, search for “Condition Guidelines,” “Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions,” and “Product detail page rules” in Seller Central Help.

Here are examples of your listings that do not follow this policy:

Detail Pages Needing Correction

ASIN: B083P6KJW3
Attribute Needing Correction: item_name // brand

We have canceled the listings mentioned above.

How do I reactivate my listings?
Please modify your product and product detail page to ensure they do not violate Amazon listing policies.

To edit your ASINs:

  1. In the Inventory section of Seller Central, select Manage Inventory.
  2. Search for the ASIN you would like to edit and click Fix Stranded Inventory.
  3. Edit the inactive ASIN by updating the current page.
  4. Save, then appeal with a description of what you have fixed on the product detail page.

Once we review the product detail page and determine the policy issue has been addressed, we will reinstate the ASIN.

Have your listings been removed in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please tell us why. Your explanation should include the following information:
– The reason the listing does not violate our Product Detail Page policies.

How do I submit this information?
If you are appealing an action taken on your listings for an Amazon Listing Policy violation:

  1. Navigate to “Listing Policy Violations” in the “Product Policy Compliance” section in Account Health (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_mpa).
  2. Locate the deactivation record for the product listings you want to appeal.
  3. Click on the Appeal button next to the record to submit your appeal to reactivate your listings.

What happens if I do not provide the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information, your listings will remain inactive.

Please review your other listings in the Inventory section of Seller Central to make sure that they follow our policies (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/201186860).

You can view your account performance (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=email_warn) or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health dashboard shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon.
