Account Verification Nightmare

My account was opened and I started selling, then 1 month ago Amazon asked me to reverify my account and they do not accept my Hyperwallet bank verification.

I contacted Hyperwallet and they sent me this message:

""the status of your account is individual that's why Amazon is not accepting all of the information that you are sending them. You can call Amazon and ask them to create a new account under business status so they will accept all of the information that they asked you to submit beforehand. From there you can access your new account in your end. ""

When sending this to amazon I just get told I am not allowed to sell on amazon or they send me the requirements of bank verifications!!

I am so desperate as no one will assist me with this!! I dont know what to do now or where to turn!! Amazon has blocked my account and I am unable to sell, I have so much stock sitting in amazon that cannot move!! I am loosing so much money every day!!!
