Amazon Account Verification

I recently receive a message from compliance-verification@amazon.com asking for document to verify my account, message as follows:
Amazon recently sent you an email requesting information to verify your account. Amazon needs to verify the identity of [store name] or your payments may remain on hold.

Select the following link to verify the information through a secure tool. Any information used for this verification will be securely stored and used for compliance purposes only.

https://rfi.amazon.com/business/pbo

But I provide the legal Identity Card, they reply it is not verify my account. What document I need to submit?

They told you what you need to provide.
It usually includes a utility bill and a credit card or bank statement.

I just resolved my issue with this same email. My disbursements were held for almost three months and I too thought this email was spam and never replied or clicked the link. I submitted numerous cases to Amazon with no response, no one could give me a simple reason why my disbursements were being held, my account health was good, no claims or chargebacks but but my Account Level Reserve kept growing and growing. Every month I would get this email from <compliance-verification@amazon.com> with the same link.

Finally one day I asked a friend about this email and he assured me that this was in fact a genuine email from Amazon and this is why...

A real email from Amazon will always include https://****.amazon.com. With the **** always being the department within Amazon that is requesting something from you, hence https://rfi.amazon.com/business/pbo is a "request for information". You should always copy and paste the link into your browser, from there there is a Two-Step Verification that gives you around three minutes to enter the verification code, you will then need to upload the required documents (mine was my drivers license). I got confirmation the next day that my Account Level Reserve was released and case solved. I still don't understand why Amazon does not request this verification through Seller Central Backend.

As alway's be sure in fact that this the same situation for yourself, if your money is being held in account level reserve and you are getting these emails you probably need to verify your identity to Amazon. I have been a seller for over ten years and this is the first time I have had to do this...
