Incorrect address provided by buyer and buyer left negative feedback
The address associated with the order was incorrect. The address buyer provided contained both a P.O. Box and a residential address, which led to confusion on the part of the carrier. Consequently, the carrier opted to deliver the item to the nearest local post office to ensure its safe handling on October 25.
Later on the item was picked up by the buyer at a postal facility.
We contacted buyer and explained the scenario, but no response received. Please remove this feedback

Hello @Seller_3UAW41LmPqIfX- thanks for surfacing this feedback comment here on the seller forums.
As I review the information in that case, I do see the feedback comment is focused on the delivery experience. There are a couple situations where Amazon may strikethrough seller feedback comments specific to delivery, though these are in instances where Amazon completed the fulfillment on your behalf, or the order was shipped using a "Claims protected" label.
As this order appears to be fulfilled by merchant, can you advise if this shipment was arranged through Buy Shipping, using a Claims protected label?
Thanks in advance!
Danny

Hello again @Seller_3UAW41LmPqIfX- thanks for the follow up. There are situations where Amazon may strikethrough feedback comments related to delivery issues, which you can read about on this help page. It is in situations where the item is fulfilled by Amazon, or through a "Claims Protected" label.
Upon review, I see this order was fulfilled by merchant, and the label does not appear as "Claims Protected". Are you seeing anything different from your end?
Thanks for letting me know!
