Our listing now says no Label is required, but we never submitted barcode
Hi - We have a listing that we are the only supplier of, saying we do not need to label since a barcode is being used. We do not use barcodes. How do I change this back?

Hi @Seller_1BWm24CEkARWm,
I’d recommend starting by checking your Fulfillment by Amazon settings (> link <).
- Scroll down to "FBA product barcode preference" and click "Edit."
- If it’s currently set to "Manufacturer barcode," change it to "Amazon barcode" and click "Update."
You can find more details in this help page: “Using manufacturer barcodes with FBA virtual tracking” (> link <). See the section called "Change the barcode preference for your account."
Just keep in mind that this setting change takes about 24 hours and only applies to new offers and shipments.
For existing FBA listings, the barcode preference can't be changed directly. Instead, you'll need to create a new offer for the same product using the Amazon barcode option. Amazon explains the steps in this help page: "Change to Amazon barcode by creating a new product offer" (> link <).
Hope that helps get everything back on track.
Best regards,
Michael
