HELP WITH REACTIVATION OF ACCOUNT

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to reactivate my account for the past three months. I provided all the necessary documents they requested, but I always receive the same automated email saying they don't have enough information. I literally sent six attachments with everything possible, but I still get the bot email.

Is there anyone who can help me and verify these documents, please? When I submit the documents, I write asking if they can tell me what's wrong with the documents so I can try to get new ones, or figure out another solution. Can any mods review them and let me know what's wrong?

I tried contacting the account health team, but they said they can't review the documents and advised me to submit new information with an explanation.

If any mods are here, I really need help. Could you please review my documents and attachments?

Did you submit the required documents through Seller Central or by attaching them to cases you opened with Seller Support?

To submit or update the necessary documents, please follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your Seller Central account at https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk.
  • Navigate to the "Account Health" page.
  • In the top banner, click on the "Submit new information" button.
  • From there, you can upload the requested documents or provide the required information.
