I've sorted mine.
Ignored the broken link and used the Replace Deposit Method button; entered the same bank account details as before and uploaded a bank statement.
Although this triggered a new bank account verification it was done within the hour, but then had to wait 72 hours before I could withdraw funds again.
Judging by some of the more recent posts this method may no longer be working.
After updating the deposit method using the "replace new deposit method" (despite using the same bank account for 10 years), the funds were in the account level reserve for 72 hours and this morning I was able to disburse however the status currently says "disbursement status Started" and the processing hasn't been initiated yet (no green dot) after about 7 hours later.
Hoping this disbursement doesn't get cancelled after 24 hours like the previous one and will processed Monday morning. We need these funds to pay our bills and it has created a lot of anxiety during a time when as a business owner we should be able to relax a little bit.
Amazon why have you done this to us on New Year's day?
My problem with disbursement was resolved. I updated my bank account, then saw 1p was disbursed to verify my “new” (actually, old) bank account and I wasn’t asked to upload any bank account sratement. Then today (the next day) I made disbursement with no prob. All took 24 hours to pass through the whole process. Good luck to all affected!
My auto disbursement is a few days late but having read about the reverification issue I will hold off attempting a manual disbursement.
There is clearly some sort of glitch (or multiple glitches) in the system and I prefer not to try workarounds with something as fundamental as payments.
An official update from Amazon would be nice...

No I am now escalating to consumer affairs to resolve all of these issues. This is a digital issue and there is no department in Amazon that can address this issue. Yu could try Amazon.com. But at present they have outsourced all their customer service support and they do not have the ability to override so the government are going to have to investigate the digital or software issue with Amazon. I suggest that if you are in the UK that you do the same.
