Featured offer NOT ELIGIBLE without any reason.

Its been 15 day I am not eligible for the featured offer even though my account is in good performance and I opened multiple cases with amazon but they are always irrelevant. I asked spencer but its been 5 days still I am having the issue. I don't know how to resolve it as it is an amazon's bug. I request @Simon_Amazonto help me out as I have lost so many sales or tell me if I had to shut down this account. I am so frustrated right now as amazon is being irrelevant and unfair because of the bots I must say.
