Germany account is suspended? Suport ignoring my questions. What to do?

Hi, no you shouldn’t have to, but you will need to provide a tax certificate to Amazon stating you don’t need to be VAT registered. I can’t remember the name of the form, I’m sure somebody else will point you in the right direction

Bingo! There’s your answer, and that is why you need to be Vat registered.

We have also been suspended on DE. We have never used PAN European FBA, we are based in the UK and have never gone over the threshold. We did also sign the declaration requested by Amazon some time ago. Also are getting no response from Amazon. Any sugestions?
